Site work for an educational facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
**As of September 3, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Clearing and preparation of existing mulch area in front of the HS. Trim existing trees as needed. Replace existing mulch bed with new mulch in front of building. Plant 32 new bushes in new bed area. Scarify and replant grass strip and cover with straw mulch. Replace concrete around flagpole. Remove mulch bed and stumps in lawn area and replace with seeded grass area. Bids shall be accompanied by 10% bid guarantee, payable to the Owner. The bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. During the bidding period, questions regarding the project shall be e-mailed to the attention of Jim Martin at jmartin@eiassoc.com . The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive, at its discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities relative thereto.
