The intent of this project is to provide lighting and electric power distribution systems for the S.B. 836 pole building to serve as the Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) maintenance storage building. The existing building is in Piney Township, Clarion County on State Game Lands No. 330. The project consists of installing electrical power distribution and lighting systems. Description: The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for electrical upgrades on an existing PGC Storage Building (S.B. 836) in Piney Township, Clarion County. The project consists of new underground service from an existing pole, new wiring, lighting fixtures, removal of an existing three-phase panel, and other associated work. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject all Bids, to waive technical defects in Bids and to accept or reject any part of the Bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be given to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, and all Bidders will be advised of the Bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful Bidder. Awarded vendor will be given a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.
