Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lake Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of reconstructing approximately 3,750 linear feet of Shawnee Trail from Navajo Trail to Charbonneau Road. This includes reconstructing the existing asphalt roadway to a concrete section consisting of 7" reinforced concrete with 6" cement treated subgrade. The project also includes the installation of approximately 4,000 linear feet of 6"-8" water line, and approximately 3,750 linear feet of 6"-8" sanitary sewer line. Additionally, this project includes ADA compliant sidewalks with curb ramps, driveway repairs, and streetlights. The deadline to ask questions is 5/26/2025 12:00 PM CDT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project.
