Renovation of an educational facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,851-square-foot educational facility.
Renovation of approximately 2,851 S/F of existing office suite in the Klein Hall Building for the College of Science . The renovation scope includes expanding an existing office suite on the 1st floor and minor renovations on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The primary project scope consists of renovating the first floor office suite to include seven offices, a workroom, a kithcenette and a lobby with reptionist. The second floor wil include renovating two existing rooms and the addition of two new offices. The third floor will include the addition of a new office and a TA/Storage room.
