For Additional Information on Project(S) You Must Contact the Town Roadman, Wade Aspen. The Town of Tainter Board Reserves The Right to Accept or Reject Any Or All Bids. 1. Remove all vegetation, debris and sweep. 2. Hand patch all pot holes and cross cracks where needed with cold mix material. 3. Apply sealcoat material full width, one pass and no seams. 4. Must state amount of asphalt & stone being applied per mile of 22' wide roadway. 5. State type & size of stone to be used. 6. All applications and load tickets will be monitored. 7. Rolling will be done immediately after stone application a minimum of three complete passes. 8. Must provide all signing and traffic control. 9. Proof of insurance must be provided. 10. Lump sum bid for each individual road. 11. Include warranty information.
