Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Colfax, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of May 8, 2024, the project was awarded to Monarch Paving, but the awarded amount is not available.** As of April 19, 2024. Project is not yet awarded, anticipated award date wll be on April 23, 2024. 545 tons (+/- 10%) asphalt. Shouldering 2 ft. wide (includes 4 gravel driveways, 1 asphalt driveway). Shouldering 2 ft. wide to be to be bid on 245 tons gravel. Work shall not commence prior to July 1, 2024. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
