Site work and paving for a civil project in Colfax, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
the project consists of: Schedule A: The reconstruction of approximately 650 LF of urban street and utilities, including sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer, on Balsam Street. Schedule B: The reconstruction of approximately 400 LF of urban street and utilities, including sanitary sewer, on Oak Street. A single prime bid will be received for the work. Bid Security Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Amount of 10% of the Maximum Bid Amount. Bid and Bid Security May Not Be Withdrawn for a Period of 45 Days After the Bid Deadline. Bid Security Will Be Retained if the Bidder is Awarded the Work and Fails to Execute the Agreement and Furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. Rights Reserved Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Informalities in Any Bid.
