A timeline for award has not yet been established. The purpose of this project is to prepare design documents for and build a riverbank stabilization / erosion protection project along the Red Cedar River adjacent to the Colfax WWTP lagoons. This project w ill also consist of constructing an access road to the project site, modifications to a WWTP lagoon effluent pipe that discharges out of the eroding slope, providing effluent sampling point access and reinstallation or replacement of the fence along the top of the riverbank.
