Reference Number 0000386008 Purchase Type: Term: 08/01/2025 12:00 AM EDT - 08/01/2035 12:00 AM EDT Option: Option for Two (2) 5 Year Extensions Commerce Township is requesting proposals from firms for the purpose of entering into a contract for the operation and maintenance of the Township Water Distribution System ("System"). Serious Bidders can obtain additional information about the System following the procedures set forth in Section 4.06. Currently, the System is operated and managed by the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner under a contract that expires on December 15, 2025. The Township intends to enter into a 10-year contract (with two 5-year renewal options) with the selected Bidder for operation and maintenance of the facilities effective August 1, 2025.
