Bids are being solicited on a unit price basis. Work under the Contract includes installation of approximately 4,200 LF of RCP storm sewer, ranging in size from 12' to 48" diameter along with 46 associated drainage structures, construction of a stormwater detention pond with approximately 260,000 CF of storage capacity, outlet structure and appurtenances. Reconstruction of approximately 1,390 feet of Six Mile Road and 560 LF of adjacent side streets including installation of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, including approximately 1,400 SY of pavement milling, hardscape and landscape amenities along 2 blocks of the Salem Hamlet including brick pavers, landscape tree beds with grates, stamped concrete street crossings, plus purchase and installation of decorative street lighting and electrical connection.
