Reference Number 0000389636 Eaton Drive Reconstruction and Water Main Replacement The project consists of installation of approximately 1,000 ft of 8" DI water main, 1,500 ft of road reconstruction, sidewalk ramp replacement, and limited storm and sanitary sewer replacement along Eaton Drive. The project is partially funded using MDOT's TEDF Category B Program. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. Bids shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the project name and the name of the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids.
