Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This project includes the removal and disposal of the existing A/C unit and the installation of a new unit at the District Office. It also includes disconnecting and reconnecting all existing mechanical, electrical, and control connections, as well as performing zone modifications to create a new "Zone 3." The contractor is responsible for coordinating and providing crane services necessary for the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. Additionally, the contractor will supply and install a mini-split system with all necessary components and perform a complete system startup and testing. All labor, materials, equipment, permits, and services required to complete the project must be included in the bid.
