Renovation of a laboratory facility in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) U.S. Salinity Laboratory (USSL) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for disconnect and removal of the existing evaporative cooler, chiller, cooling tower and pumps. Install new breakers in existing switchboard and provide two new chillers and all related appurtenant devices, and incidental related work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and other attachments for this requirement. The project is located at USDA, ARS, USSL at 450 W Big Springs Road, Riverside, CA 92507. Magnitude of Construction Project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. SITE VISIT: A single organized site visit has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday June 11, 2025. See clause L.6 Site Visit for more information and RSVP instructions. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to spencer.hamilton@usda.gov by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Wednesday, June 18, 2025. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
