The Village of Owego, Tioga County, New York, invites sealed bids for removal of approximately 36,000 gallons of grit, grease, debris and rags from the equalization tank (EQ tank). The EQ tank has a three-foot manway on the side and a two-foot hatch on the roof as access points. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Any bidder may withdraw their bid at any time before the time set for the opening of the bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the date of opening, but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids. The Village of Owego is an Equal Opportunity employer. This project is subject to prevailing wage (PRC#2025004401).
