This is a locally funded project that includes a new HVAC system for a portion of the Ronald E. Dougherty County Office Building located at 56 Main St., Owego, NY 13827. Contract Documents, consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Information to Bidders, Bid Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Bonds, Drawings, Specifications and Addenda may be examined at the following locations: Tioga County Department of Public Works 477 State Route 96 Owego, NY 13827 Contract Documents will not be mailed until payment is received by the County. Only those who have purchased Contract Documents will be provided amendments via e-mail or fax. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and provide insurance in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Tioga County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept any Bid or individual item or items which may be deemed most favorable to its best interests. Question Deadline 06/25/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
