As of May 27, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June 3, 2025. The proposed improvement consists of cleaning and lining of the sanitary and storm sewer manholes and all related work in accordance with the plans and specifications. The City of Edwardsville encourages minority business firms to submit bids for this project. The City of Edwardsville also encourages successful bidders to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction. Upon award, the successful bidder shall be required to enter into a Project Labor Agreement with the Southwestern Illinois Building & Construction Trades Council, as specified in the proposal. The City of Edwardsville reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
