**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 06/03/25 to 06/05/25** Exterior Renovation project including new sheathing, air/vapor barrier, siding, trim, porch flooring, exterior painting, gutters and downspouts, and limited structural repairs. The scope of work is limited to the west elevation, porch, and freight tower on the south elevation. Construction Cost Range: $245,000 to $300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document The project will encompass the envelope renovation of an existing structure known as the Hobcaw Research Facility/Hobcaw Marine Field Laboratory located at 22 Hobcaw Road on the campus of Hobcaw Barony in Georgetown, SC. The building was constructed in 1991-92. An addition was added in 2002. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Exterior envelope repair of the West Elevation, porch, and freight elevator tower. Components of envelope renovation include: replacement of all, siding, trim, new sheathing, new flashing, air/moisture barrier, drainage mat, porch flooring repair, limited structural repairs, installation of new gutter and downspouts, and exterior painting
