The City of Tega Cay is seeking bids for the repair of Stormwater drainage pipe joint project near Bluebell Way. All questions pertaining to this request for bid must be submitted in writing by emailing cholland@tegacaysc.gov no later than 5:00 PM (EST) on May 30, 2025. Access to the site will be from Bluebell Way, down the power line ROW, then through the woods to the site. Remove drainage structure #163, the first section of pipe upstream from drainage structure #163, and the outlet pipe from the drainage structure. Replace drainage structure #163 with a minimum 5' by 3' rectangular junction box with a manhole opening. Backfill and reestablish grade over the inlet pipe and around the junction box. Relay the outlet pipe from the junction box. Relay the entire length of the outlet pipe. Backfill and reestablish the grade in the area that has been washed out. Rip-rap the new outlet channel with fabric underlayment. Seed and stabilize all disturbed areas. Mulch placed on designated areas, and seed placed on other areas of the access road. Mulch to be provided by the City.
