**This project is expected to bid for construction of the first phase in early 2027.** All Proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Resilient Moakley Park. If you have questions about this RFP, attend the information session on May 15th 2025, 12:00pm. Question Deadline: Email questions to marin.braco@boston.gov by May 19th, 2025 The term of the contract will be 3 years, with an anticipated start date of July 2025 This scope will consist of design development for Moakley Park (Figure 4) including finalizing the flood barrier alignment; design and permitting for the resilience berm; and Phase A of the park design. The park features will include stormwater management solutions, coastal landscapes that provide soft shore protection to the flood barrier system, as well as a ballfield and community gathering areas. The scope also includes permitting with state and federal agencies, which will be submitted in coordination with the Connectors team on the northern alignment
