Site work for a swimming pool in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
The City of Boston, through its Property Management Department, solicits proposals from qualified bidders to provide all materials, labor, and equipment to install, integrate, service, and configure existing and replacement pool equipment at BCYF Curtis Hall, located at 20 South Street, Boston, MA 02130. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Remove and Replace Chemical Controller System Remove and dispose of the existing chemical controller system. Retain the existing flowmeter. Furnish and install a new BECSys 7 Equipment Room Controller unit complete with a new flow sensor and probes. Test unit for proper operation, adjust programming and system balancing as needed to ensure proper pool operation, backwashing, and chemistry, and instruct the owners staff on operation and settings. Remove and Replace the Pool Autofill System Remove and dispose of the existing autofill wiring, sensors, and control unit. The existing solenoid valve and backflow device on the potable water line will remain. Furnish and install a new poolside sensor with deck cover and run new wiring to the unit in the equipment room. Remove the existing control unit in the equipment room and furnish and install a new Neptune Benson WLC-200 unit. Test the unit for proper operation and instruct the owners staff on proper operation.
