Through this Request for Proposal (Opportunity), the City of Kelowna, here after referred to as the “City”, invites proposals for the construction of: Approximately 2,750m of 450mm PVC storm main, manholes, and surface restoration. Approximately 750m of PVC watermain, services and fittings. This work is optional and subject to approval of Glenmore Ellison Irrigation District once cost has been established. The Work can be briefly summarized as follows: 2,750m of 450mm PVC storm main 30 manholes 1 outlet structure 2 inlet structures Road restoration Restoration in agricultural areas 750m of watermain replacement (Optional and contingent on GEID approval) Other related works These Works have an estimated budget of $4,500,000, including the Contingency of $250,000.
