The work includes pre-construction design services, furnishing new diesel powered generator and ancillary electrical equipment, delivery of this equipment to the project location or suitable location within Lake Stevens, Washington, post-construction inspection and startup services, and all other services as required to provide complete and operating auxiliary generator systems. Equipment shall be delivered within 365 calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and fabrication is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the District Manager, District Office, Lake Stevens, Washington. The Lake Stevens Sewer District is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. Small minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids. Financing of the Project has been provided by Lake Stevens Sewer District, Washington and a grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Program . The Lake Stevens Sewer District expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to Award the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interests of the District.
