Water maybe obtained from the raw water intake at no cost to the contractor. The watering will be limited to the following list of streets unless otherwise directed by the Town Public Works Foreman. Home Road, Imperial Drive, Pan Am Street, Mobil Avenue, Banff Avenue, Del Rio Street, Aquitaine Avenue, Milne Avenue, Rainbow Drive East, Scott Road. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to waive irregularities and informalities at its sole discretion.
