To maintain scheduling continuity, work should commence on the upper level and subsequently transition to the lower level and commercial lane after the last arrival. This will help ensure a longer workday. 1. Pressure wash curb surfaces at 3500PSI. 2. Remove Existing Failing sealants and backer rod. Install New Backer Rod and Sealants using BASF NP1. 3. Paint the "Yellow" section of the curbs with two (2) coats of Pro-Park. 4. Tape off the "Yellow" area to install a 4" wide black stripe. This will ensure clean edge lines. 5. Paint the "Black" section of the curbs within the tape lines using SW Pro-Park. QA - 5/12/25
