The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract a qualified CONRTACTOR to provide roof and gutter replacement for Lee Health Sports Complex. Question Deadline 06/01/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions regarding this solicitation are to be submitted electronically 1.The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract a qualified CONRTACTOR to provide roof and gutter replacement for Lee Health Sports Complex. 1.2. The work covered by these specifications consists of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary in connection with repairs as detailed in the attached specifications document. 1.3.The CONTRACTOR is responsible for completing all specified requirements in the specifications and is to provide for work being sound, durable, and watertight. 2. DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS 2.1.CONTRACTOR to coordinate staging, mobilization, and permitting with the Owner at the preconstruction meeting. 2.2.CONTRACTOR to provide the Owner a 30-Year finish warranty on the panels and a contractor 2- year minimum workmanship warranty. All components to be purchased from the membrane manufacturer are to be included in the warranty. 2.3.Remove existing the main upper roof and the 2 elevator towers (the roof 110 squares and the 2 elevator towers which is 30 squares each). 2.4.Remove existing corroded gutters (there is 525 LF of gutter, the gutter is 14"x5 1/2x10"). 2.5.Replace the Gutter with stainless steel internal with welded seams. 2.6.CONTRACTOR will have to have scaffolding erected to have access to internal gutters and roof on bleacher side behind home plate. QA - 5/20/25 There will be two Mandatory Pre-Bid meetings listed on the Activities Tab. Interested Vendors are required to attend at least one pre-bid meeting in order to be eligible for award.
