Lee County Port Authority requests competitive quotations from suppliers to provide the services that are the subject of this Request for E-Quote in accordance with the specified Attributes (see Attributes tab). Any questions following the site visit are to be submitted via email to the designated contact listed above for this solicitation or may be submitted through online. Questions need to be submitted prior to the Questions/Clarifications Requests Deadline as noted on the cover page for this solicitation. Question Cut Off Date 5/19/2025 02:00:00 PM (ET) PAINTING: 1. Power wash and paint stucco walls with one coat of Loxon Conditioner and one coat of Superpaint Satin. 2. Prep and paint all hollow metal doors and frames with two coats of ProIndustrial Acrylic Semi-Gloss. CAULKING: 1. Cut and remove sealants at louvers and recaulk with backer rod and DOW 795. 2. Cut and remove sealants at windows and storefronts and recaulk with DOW 795. 3. Caulk all control joints with Dymonic 100 Sealant. PAINTING METAL: 1. Paint metal overhangs, parapet caps, louvers, downspouts, and metal walls with one coat of Loxon Conditioner and two coats of ProIndustrial Acrylic Semi-Gloss. All work will start after 5 pm.
