Renovation of a transportation facility in Fort Myers, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Any questions following the site visit are to be submitted via email to the designated contact listed above for this solicitation or may be submitted through online. Questions need to be submitted prior to the Questions/Clarifications Requests Deadline as noted on the cover page for this solicitation. Question Deadline 05/19/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Lee County Port Authority requests competitive quotations from suppliers to provide the services that are the subject of this Request for E-Quote in accordance with the specified Attributes (see Attributes tab). All work will be done between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. The Lee County Port Authority will provide access to the building as needed. 1. Power wash and paint existing stucco to go the same color with one coat of Loxon Guide Coat and one coat of Superpaint Satin. 2. At the bottom 4' of stucco, apply one coat of Loxon XP Satin in lieu of Superpaint Satin. (No substitutes will be accepted) 3. Prep and paint all existing hollow metal doors with two coats of ProIndustrial Acrylic Semi-Gloss. (No substitutes will be accepted) 4. Cut, remove, and replace sealants at all windows. The areas must be cleaned before installing any new sealant. Dow 795 Silicone must be used. (No substitutes will be accepted) 5. Remove and replace caulk at all control joints. QA - 5/12/2025
