Demolition and site work for a residential development in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Marshall's Falls Titiana House Demolition. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to abate asbestos containing materials, demolish the structure and legally dispose of construction waste, backfill the foundation and minor grading. Question Deadline 05/27/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Location online portal. Questions may be submitted through online . Responses will be provided via online to all registered parties. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. It is the intent of Smithfield Township to award this project to the lowest responsible bidder as defined by Pennsylvania Law. Smithfield Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. All labor, materials, equipment, oversight, and permits required for asbestos abatement, demolition of existing structure, site containment, and legal disposal of hazardous materials. As well as all other work indicated in the contract documents.
