All prices shall be quoted "FOB" as well as "Delivered". All bids must be submitted on the form provided by the Township, available for pick up at the above address or by emailing julia@smithfieldtownship.com. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount of 10% of the bid. Each proposal shall be clearly marked "Bid Proposal for letting of 6/23/2025" on the outside of the envelope. No responsibility will be attached to any Township representative for the premature opening of a bid not properly addressed and/or identified. The successful bidder shall provide a performance bond equal to 50% of the contract and a certificate of liability and workers compensation insurance. The Township reserves the right to award bids independently to separate bidders when bids for more than one item are included on the proposal form. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any technicality or formality therein. Failure of the bidder to sign the bid may be cause for rejection of the bid. Any bidder may withdraw their bid at any time before the time set for receipt of bids. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the bids are received
