FOB Plant PG 64S-22, Wearing Course any ESAL, SRL-any. Proposalsmust bemade upon the formsfurnished by the Municipality. The bidmust be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. The successful bidder shall deliver to the Township, within 20 days of the notice of the contract award, a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid. The Board of Supervisors tentatively expects to award a contract at the same meeting or publicly announce the date of the next meeting it intends to consider the award of the contract. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informalities, irregularities, or technicalities, including typographical errors, in the bids.
