Bidders must comply with state prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in the City of Hamilton, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239 and the U.S. Department of Labor. This is an Ohio Prevailing Wage project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s).
