Site work for a civil project in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids will not be accepted after this time. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best responsible bid(s). In general, the improvements for which bids are requested will consist of the following: This project is to rehabilitate raw water production wells and pumps. The South Well Field #18 and South Well Field #21 Electrical motors that drive these pumps will not be included in this project. Question Deadline 06/23/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Substantial Completion Date 11/09/2025 Final Completion Date 12/04/2025 Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is a Ohio prevailing wage project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s)
