It is the bidders responsibility to ensure the email is received. Submit questions not less than seven (7) days before date set for receipt of Bids. Work of the Project includes construction of a 12" water supply production well of 1500 +/- feet in depth, a chlorine injection water treatment building, and all necessary appurtenances in Linden, Alabama 36748, for a Stipulated Price contract, according to Contract Documents. Perform Work of Contract under stipulated sum/price Contract with Owner according to Conditions of Contract. Owner requires the Project to be substantially complete in 300 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as dated in the Notice to Proceed and completed and ready for final payment within 330 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as dated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Bid Document Instruction to Bidders. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of no less than 60 days after submission. A Pre-Bid Meeting will not be held. The contract award will be to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The determination of the lowest responsible and responsive bidder will be made after the bids have been tabulated, reviewed, and evaluated. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
