Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in La Mesa, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The scope of work in this section includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Locate, purchase, deliver and install all specified plants. 2. Water all specified plants. 3. Mulch, fertilize, stake, and prune all specified plants. 4. Maintenance of all specified plants until the beginning of the warranty period. 5. Plant warranty. 6. Clean up and disposal of all excess and surplus material. 7. Maintenance of all specified plants during the warranty period. All Project-related Inquiries Shall Be Directed to the Architect's Office. No Project Information Will Be Issued by the Owner. Questions Should Be Directed to Nine Degrees Architecture + Design Attn. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Fully Complete the Project Within the Time Limit Set Forth in the Contract Documents, and the Owner Shall Assess Liquidated Damages for Each Calendar Day in Excess of That Date Required by the Successful Bidder to Achieve Final Acceptance of the Project.
