The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following location: Miller Engineering Consultants, 3500 Comanche NE, Bldg. F, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87107 San Miguel County at the office of the County Manager, 500 West National, Ste. 201, Las Vegas, NM 87701 This deposit is fully refundable to any PLAN HOLDER who returns the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS in good condition within 10 calendar day of the Bid Opening. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Miller Engineering Consultants, Inc., Mr. Verlyn Miller, P.E. by e-mail vmiller@mecnm.com Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Contractorshall complete all Work asspecified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: Linear Grading, Base Course, Culvert Pipe, SWPPP Plan, and Traffic Control Devices.
