SCOPE OF PROJECT The Project consist of furnishing all supplies and labor for the following: Aeration tank rehabilitation Recarbination tank rehabilitation Filter rehabilitation Chemical tank lining SCADA system complete upgrade Replacement of electrical switchgear BID SECURITY Bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bid with each Bid. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the actual date of opening thereof. T extended by mutual agreement of the Owner and any Bidder or Bidders. RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all Bids.
