Site work for a water / sewer project in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF PROJECT The Project consists of furnishing all supplies for and constructing improvements to the filtration system and in operation. Remove two existing well house buildings entirely, well and well pump to remain/protect. Const new well house buildings over top of two existing wells to include all process, electrical, HVAC well is to be abandoned, remove existing building and all above grade items. 3. FINANCING The Project will be financed with funds provided by Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) and the Documents reflect requirements by that agency. BID SECURITY Bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders must be s with each Bid. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period extended by mutual agreement of the Owner and any Bidder or Bidders. RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarification considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
