Reference Number 0000292976 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/20 04:00:00 PM CDT The Work includes all that is required for the testing and inspection services of aggregate, soil, concrete, asphalt and other materials within the Contractor's laboratory and throughout the Province of Manitoba on an as and when required basis for a one (1) year term with the potential to extend for four (4) additional one (1) year terms for a total of five (5) years. Manitoba Hydro is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency in its operations. To achieve these goals, Manitoba Hydro requires comprehensive material-testing services. These services are essential for ensuring the integrity and performance of various construction and maintenance projects throughout the Province of Manitoba. The need for material-testing arises from the diverse and challenging environmental conditions encountered in Manitoba. Accurate and timely testing of materials such as soil, concrete, aggregate, and asphalt is crucial for the successful completion of projects. Commencement of Services July 01, 2025 Completion of Services June 30, 2026 Manitoba Hydro reserves the right, and the Proponent acknowledges that Manitoba Hydro has the right, to reject any, or all, Proposals, or to select, negotiate or accept any Proposal which Manitoba Hydro in its sole unfettered discretion deems advantageous to itself with no resulting liability to any Proponent.
