Reference Number 0000304327 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/22 01:00:00 PM EDT The Department is seeking to ensure visitors are provided services and facilities that enhance the visitors experience and create enjoyable clean environment for the public at the Devil's Lake Wayside Park. The Park is located 81.3 km North of the Junction of PR 513 and PTH 6. The Work, as described in this advertisement, is to maintain and upkeep washroom facilities, as well as provide groundskeeping and garbage removal services to the public accessible areas of the wayside park. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is May 15, 2026.
