Renovation of a medical facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Construction in 2 phases, 1A/1B & 2. Construction contract 1: Contract 1A Enabler Lab. Contract 1B includes expand old EP (future pacer), cardiac patient registration, develop new EP, Pacer moves into old EP, decommission enabler. Construction contract 2: Cath #1 renewal; Cath #2 renewal; Cath #3 renewal. TIMELINE: The prime consultant for the project is Stantec Architecture Ltd. with Crosier Kilgour providing Structural consulting and Stantec Consulting providing Mechanical and Electrical consulting. The services for prime consulting were awarded in July, 2025 Design is ongoing. The owner is seeking a Building Constructability Consultant (BCC) under a separate report as part of this project. Updates may be available spring 2026. *Construction estimate is $12.5 million. Construction will be phased over 3 years.
