Reference Number 0000292799 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/22 12:00:00 AM CDT This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by the Louis Riel School Division ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Mechanical Systems Replacement at Ecole Marie-Anne Gaboury, 95 Pulberry Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba (the "Work"). Generally, all surfaces within the ventilating system which come into contact with the circulating air shall be cleaned. This includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 All supply ductwork, diffusers, turning vanes and dampers, VAV boxes or other distribution equipment. .2 All return ductwork, diffusers, turning vanes and dampers. False ceiling return plenums will not be cleaned unless otherwise specified. .3 All components of the ventilating unit including, but not limited to, fans and motors, fan chamber, supply and return plenums, coils, heat exchangers, dampers, turning vanes, etc. and all other components coming into contact with the circulating air. Reusable filters will be cleaned and disposable filters will be replaced. Replacement filters to be supplied by Owner. Ready-For-Takeover (RFTO) of the work Note: RFTO of the work by October 15, 2025 is required in order to ensure the School has heating in the building prior to the onset of winter. A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to the tender documents, in the amount of fifty percent (50%); of the Contract Price; and A labour and materials payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to the tender documents, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
