Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the supply and install of replacement of existing lawn area with artificial turf fastened to CIP concrete header. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Excavation and Removals (b) CIP concrete header and nailer board (c) Artificial turf (d) Paving stone repair The Contractor shall not commence the Work on the Site before August 28, 2025. The Contractor shall achieve Total Performance by September 25, 2025. A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price Labour and material payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price. The Award Authority may reject all or any part of any Bid, or waive technical requirements or minor informalities or irregularities, if the interests of the City so require.
