Reference Number 0000292717 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/19 12:00:00 AM CDT Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals the construction of the salvage of two foundations, supply and install of five foundations, oil containment for a new transformer, a deluge supply line from the existing pump house to the transformer pad, supply and installation of 3 blast walls for the transformer and various site improvements. To support the Bipole modernization, a new Radisson and Henday 230kV AC line (about 45km) will be constructed. The line will bypass Long Spruce GIS switching station and terminate at Radisson and Henday with associated equipment. A new 333MVA, 138/230kV transformer will be added at Radisson. The proposed upgrades will increase the transfer capacity between BPI and BP2/3.
