Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Gypsumville, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 187-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Complete construction of a new 8'-6" W x 22'-0" L x 8'-0" H wood frame, heated, Public Restroom Building, including drilled well, holding tank, site electrical, concrete approach pad and sidewall, at the Devils Lake Wayside Park, approximately 80 KM north of Gypsumville, on west side of PTH 6. Project includes but is not limited to: a) All necessary Building and Service Permits, b) All necessary professional engineering and design services, c) All management, labour, and supervision, d) All materials, plant, tools, and transportation, e) Complete Demolition and removal from site of existing concrete floor and tank, f) Construction of a granular base course foundation pad, g) All mechanical services, equipment and installation, h) All electrical services, equipment and installation, i) Complete construction of a reinforced, cast in place concrete approach pad and sidewalk, j) Final grade around perimeter of building, k) All reasonable incidentals necessary for the complete construction, 1) Warranty of workmanship and materials Question Acceptance Deadline: 2025/05/21 04:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
