Reference Number 0000270422 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/06/03 12:00:00 PM CDT Mowing of grade slopes and ditches along various Provincial Trunk Highways and Provincial Roads in the Gypsumville, Ashern, Eriksdale, Fisher Branch, Arborg and Riverton area. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed on Phase 1 by No Later Than July 12, 2024 The Work Must Be Completed on Phase 2 by No Later Than October 18, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Notwithstanding the Specification for Liquidated Damages, Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed for Each and Every Calendar Day (Including During Spring Road Restrictions and Fish Spawning Restrictions) That the Contractor Has Not Completed the Work After the Completion Date. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: November 8, 2024 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
