Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Gypsumville, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,233-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; 3,233-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Natural Resources and Northern Development requires a Service Provider to design, and construct 2 (two) staff bunkhouse as shown in provided drawing. The service provider will be required to design and install drinking water well and septic field to hook up to new building. Contractor will construct the building, foundation and all required site preparation and if required, for construction at the Gypsumville Wildfire base, RM of Grahamdale, Manitoba and Swan River Wildfire Base, RM of Swan Valley West. The Contractor must comply with all Manitoba Building codes and Workplace Safety and Health legislation. Each tender shall be accompanied by a bid bond written on the Departments standard bid bond form or on a form satisfactory to the Department. The amount of the bond shall be ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender, expressed as a percentage. The Agreement is anticipated to commence by NOVEMBER 21, 2023 and the work must be completed by MARCH 31, 2024.
