Delivery Date Prior to October 1, 2025 Each year, Ontario Northland Transportation Commission (ONTC), undertakes a rail infrastructure upgrade program in order to provide safe and reliable train services across northeastern Ontario and northwestern Quebec. For the year 2025, ONTC’s objective is to install previously worn 115 lb RE, high strength rail as part of our joint elimination program. ONTC may, in its sole discretion and at any time during the RFQ process reject any or all of the Quotations Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
