The project is divided into three (3) parts: Part 1; Electrical Room, Hydro Ottawa Ductbank Part 2; RAC Tenant Fitup (including Temporary Swing Space), HVAC Equipment Upgrade, Generator Part 3; South Washroom Construction Start Date: May.20th 2025; Substantial Completion: July 6th 2026 Performance bond and Labour and Material bond in the amount of 50% of the contract value. EBC reserves the right to accept or reject any alternative proposal at EBC 's sole discretion.
