EBC Inc. acting as Construction Manager on behalf of OIAA (Owner) for the Parkade Renovation, is pleased to invite you to bid on the above noted Project. The project is divided into three (3) parts: Part 1; Electrical Room, Hydro Ottawa Ductbank Part 2; RAC Tenant Fitup (including Temporary Swing Space), HVAC Equipment Upgrade, Generator Part 3; South Washroom Construction Start Date: May.20th 2025; Substantial Completion: July.6th 2026 Performance bond and Labour and Material bond in the amount of 50% of the contract value. EBC reserves the right to accept or reject any alternative proposal at EBC 's sole discretion.
