Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; and water / sewer project.

As of December 11, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials and equipment needed to upgrade the existing irrigation system. This includes removing existing components and installing a new system with HDPE mains, laterals, and necessary fittings; and expanding the existing satellite-based control system. A 10% Bid Bond is required, and is to be included with the Bid Proposal. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Materials Payment Bond within ten (10) days of formal Award of Contract. The Peoria Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technical deficiencies, informalities or irregularities or rebid any project.
